Sistemul este alcătuit din:
• unitate Fiagon de navigare integrabilă
• Speteaza cap pentru navigare cu senzor integrat
• software de navigare ORL
• instrument FlexPointer (maleabil, Ø 2,8 mm)
• Localizator pacient (pentru speteaza cap sau pad adeziv)
• Elemente de fixare pentru 10 operaţii
Sistemul suporta operaţii de navigatie
convenţionale:
• Sinuzita Cronica - îndepărtarea de polipi
• sinusotomie frontală
• Operatii pe anatomia sinusurilor neconvenţionale (revizie, copii)
• înlăturarea parţiala a laminei orbitale
• rezecţii la nivelul osului etmoid şi sfenoid.

1. Stamp method
¨ç materialized optimal number of beam for CO2 Laser by
irradiating 49 laser beams per 1§².
¨è 1 Beam size is 70um, reducing PIH and able to irradiate
deeply.
¨é high technology ultra pulse method with Laser irradiation time
possible up to 90§Á~900§Á.
¨êLaser energy per 1§²is irradiated in only 2% of the area with
little PIH, and is a high technology method excellent in
collagen regeneration by deep irradiation up to 300~1500um.
¨ë with the Repeat function, it is possible to operate large area in
short period of time.
¨ì Scanner method can be used just by attaching scanner on a
widely used CO2 But Stamp method consists of high-technology
ultra pulse function CO2 Laser, stamp lenz that can irradiate
accurate and fixed 49 beams of laser, can maintain uniformed
power, and is such an up-to-dated equipment not manufacturable
without a hi-tech oscillation device that can oscillate ultra
pulse function
2. Scanner Method
¨ç Advantage in controling Laser Beam shape and irradiation beam
number, and is possible to induce the guide beam.
¨è Being a characteristic of Scanner machine, it is impossible for
the beam size to be less than 200um, not being able to have
deep irradiation with ineffective operation.
Deep irradiation could bring serious skin damage.
¨é Laser Beam does not irradiate at once but orderly taking more
than 1000§Á to irradiate, increasing the danger of PIH and pain
of patient is intense.
¨ê Scanner method's various problems due to orderly irradiation ,
beam size over 200um and Beam irradiation time exceeding
1000§Á makes it inappropriate as a Fractional Laser.
